BIOGRAPHY

Wan May regularly advised on cross-border M&A transactions, regulatory compliance and corporate & commercial matters with the focus on Malaysia and South East Asia markets. She assisted Japanese and multinational clients on a wide spectrum of industries including retail, manufacturing, services, logistics, renewable energy and telecommunications sector. She also led negotiations involving multinationals in different languages.

She is always attentive to the clients’ needs and is highly regarded in her innovation and proactivity in coming up with practical solutions.
